General Terms & Conditions
By accessing or using the jet bus platform, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. Each user may only open one account, and multiple accounts are prohibited. jet bus reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your agreement to the updated terms. In the event of any breach of the terms, your account may be suspended or terminated.
Account Registration & Security
At the time of registration, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with incorrect or false information is a violation of the terms, and the account may be closed at any time in such cases. It is solely your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential. Sharing login information with any third party is strictly prohibited. It is your responsibility to immediately notify the support team of any unauthorized use of your account.
Financial Transactions & Deposits/Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals will be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the applicable payment gateways. Withdrawal requests go through a verification process and may take up to 72 hours to complete. The platform reserves the right to hold funds if suspicious transactions or evidence of fraud is detected. It is the user's responsibility to withdraw all balances before closing their account. Any bonus or promotional offer is subject to separate terms and conditions, and the bonus may be forfeited if those conditions are not met.
Responsible Gaming & Restrictions
Jet bus places the highest priority on responsible gaming and encourages users to set their own limits. If you notice signs of excessive play, please use the self-exclusion or deposit limit features. Any illegal activities, money laundering, or fraudulent conduct through your account is strictly prohibited. Using automated bots or software to play games or place bets is a clear violation of the terms and may result in permanent account suspension. Dispute Resolution & Applicable Law
In the event of any dispute or complaint, please first contact our support team and attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached through support, the matter will proceed to mediation. These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Intellectual Property Protection
All content, logos, designs, software, and trademarks on the jet bus platform are the sole property of jet bus. Users may only use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes. Copying, distributing, or reusing any content without permission is prohibited. Attempting to reverse engineer or decompile any part of the platform is strictly illegal. Legal action may be taken in the event of a violation of these rules.

Each registered user has the right to view and update their own account information.
